EVERY T-SHIRT TELLS A STORY
Identi-tee has closed.
A big thanks to everyone who contributed a t-shirt picture and story.
You can view the more than 400 t-shirts that were submitted in our archive, but sadly no more t-shirts can be submitted.
The exhibition was a great success. We got some great stories and t-shirts. It was the first time Auckland Museum has attempted an exhibition that was ‘crowd-sourced by you, the public, submitting material.
We now have a fabulous digital database of t-shirts and stories which give a snapshot of life in Aotearoa/New Zealand in 2012.
Further developments with the collection will be reported here and on Auckland Museum’s website
